The Heavy Rains are gone, though Flooding lingers and Ohio River Rising; Heritage FCU and Gibbs Aluminum FCU announced a merger, and the Indiana Senate amended a new healthcare cost bill that removes many of the more controversial policies from it's previous iteration.
